Non-Clinical Services For Adolescents in Vermont
Our Non-Clinical and Coaching Services
At Confluence Behavioral Health, we understand that many individuals benefit from support that extends beyond traditional therapy. In addition to our clinical services, we provide non-clinical coaching services designed to help individuals develop practical skills, navigate life transitions, and create more structure and balance in their daily lives.
These services resemble coaching and care management, with a focus on goal-setting, accountability, and real-world problem-solving. Although they are not psychotherapy, they can be very effective in promoting personal growth, enhancing functioning, and helping individuals move forward with clarity and confidence. Non-clinical coaching services can be utilized independently or alongside therapy, depending on each individual’s needs.
What Are Coaching Services?
Coaching services focus on providing practical guidance, skill development, and life management, rather than offering diagnosis or psychotherapy. The sessions are collaborative and action-oriented, emphasizing planning, organization, goal setting, and accountability.
These services can assist individuals who seek to navigate everyday challenges, build new skills, or make meaningful changes in their lives.
Many people pursue non-clinical services for various reasons, including:
- Structured support for personal goals or life transitions
- Help in developing practical skills or new habits
- Accountability and guidance between therapy sessions
- Assistance in managing responsibilities related to school, work, or daily life
- Coaching aimed at improving performance, organization, or overall wellness
