Program Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings, Jess brings a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals as they heal. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, which informs her understanding of the connection between physical and mental well-being. Jess’s work is grounded in trauma-informed practices and therapeutic conversation, with a focus on creating safe, supportive environments where people feel heard and valued.
She believes strongly in the healing power of connection—both with others and with the natural world. Having thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail, Jess draws inspiration from the outdoors and often incorporates that perspective into her approach to well-being and resilience.
Known for being approachable, caring, and dependable, Jess takes pride in helping programs run smoothly while fostering meaningful, person-centered support.
