Admissions Director
Robin is the Admissions Director at Confluence Residential, where she brings a
relationship-driven and experience-informed approach to supporting young
adults and their families through the admissions process.
With over 16 years of experience in the behavioral health and human services
field, Robin has held leadership roles in admissions and outreach across
therapeutic and residential settings. She is known for her thoughtful,
ethical approach and for building strong, lasting relationships within
the professional community.
In her role, Robin works closely with
families, young adults, and referring professionals to navigate the
complexities of treatment placement with clarity, honesty, and care. She
has a natural ability to connect with families during some of their
most difficult moments, helping them feel understood, supported, and
more hopeful as they move forward.
Outside of her work, Robin enjoys
spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, and values the
perspective and balance it brings to her life.
