Business Manager
Ally earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Bryant University (Go Dawgs!) and
her MBA with a focus on management and healthcare management from Fitchburg State University. An
active member of the Society for Human Resource Management at both the national and Vermont
chapter levels, she brings more than a decade of experience in mental health and business
administration. Ally blends a deep passion for helping others with strong organizational and
management skills, working behind the scenes to support her team as they serve the program’s
participants.
A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Ally shares her love of nature with her daughters and dogs. She and her
family enjoy hiking, sledding, gardening, exploring new towns, and playing sports together. Alongside
her husband, she co-owns a woodworking business creating cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and
furniture from locally- and regionally-sourced wood. She is also a registered apiarist.
