Navigating treatment options and securing mental health services can be its own arduous journey. Our team is here to support your family along the way. Whether your family chooses Confluence or not, or goal is to help reduce the friction of getting engaged with the right care when it is most needed.

Admissions Process

  1. Confluence admissions specialists are available at any time to discuss enrollment, answer questions about our program and identify whether Confluence's would be an appropriate level of care. Call 802-727-0019, send us an email or submit your contact details and an admissions staff will call you within 24 hours.

  2. Confluence admissions counselors will speak with you and/or the potential participant to answer questions you may have about the program, services, duration of care or process. Additionally, admissions staff will gather pertinent information regarding the potential participant current experience, previous treatment histories and assess current needs to understand best if Confluence is an appropriate level of care.

  3. Once you have spoken with Confluence admissions complete our online application. With this information Confluence clinical and admissions teams carefully evaluate the application to determine whether the potential participant would benefit from our services and program. Completing an application is not a commitment to Confluence and does not bind service or payment. 

  4. Upon acceptance to Confluence, our team will immediately reach out to you to discuss next steps, which could include gathering additional information and documentation. In addition, Confluence staff will schedule the date of admission, coordinate transportation and local accommodation with the family and address any last minute questions or concerns.
